• Please carefully check content, spelling, and color before approving a file for mass production.

2. Pricing & payment

The price shown in the pricing tool is a preliminary estimate, excludes shipping fees, and may change depending on timing or promotions. The final price will be confirmed before production begins.

3. File approval process

For bulk orders or album combos, Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi recommends that customers review the file / do a color test before mass printing. Once you confirm approval, the studio is not responsible for content errors that were already approved.

4. Intellectual property

All content, illustrative images, and interface design on this website belong to Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi, except for images provided by customers for printing.

5. Limitation of liability

Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi strives to ensure the best product quality but is not responsible for damages arising from inaccurate order information provided by the customer (incorrect shipping address, defective design files supplied by the customer, etc.).
