Shipping Policy

1. Delivery coverage

Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi accepts orders and ships nationwide, and also supports international shipping on request for trading card and custom photo orders.

2. Order processing time

• Single prints, small TCG card orders: processed and produced within 1–2 business days after file approval.
• Album combos, bulk orders: processed within 2–4 business days depending on finishing workload.
• The above times exclude shipping time and may vary during peak periods.

3. Estimated delivery time

• Inner city / major cities: about 1–3 days after the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
• Other provinces: about 3–5 days.
• Mountainous areas, islands, or international orders: may take longer depending on the carrier.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated according to the carrier's rate table at the time of shipment, based on weight, package size, and delivery distance. The exact fee will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

5. Checking your package on arrival

Please inspect the outside condition of your package before paying/signing for it. If you notice the package is dented, wet, or appears to have been opened before delivery, please refuse the package or take photos of its condition and contact Tiệm In Ảnh Trúc Vi immediately for support.
